Born in Urbana, IL, Carl Goodman is a proud veteran Staff Sergeant, having served in the U.S. Air Force. Carl has been a Human Resource professional with a focus on issues surrounding lawful practices, staffing, and employment. After working for a high-profile company for over 14 years, Goodman founded his own consulting firm, the ISAAC Network, in 1994, and is still active in his field as well as fulfilling the writing bug.
